Outdoor learning afternoon fun

Today, Primary 1 went outside for the afternoon to take part in some outdoor learning!

Mrs Macdonald played lots of games with half of the class. We played duck, duck, goose, ran around and had lots of fun!

Miss Campbell's group looked for words hidden in the playground. The words started with letter p, n, t or a. Then the boys and girls in Primary 1 had to decide which hoop they belonged in.

We went on a scavenger hunt to find different things.  One of the cards said “make a pattern with leaves and stones”.  Haven’t the girls done well?

Some of the boys made a triangle using sticks.  Can you count how many sticks they used?

We used paint and chalk to practise our letters and numbers.

Everyone had lots of FUN!
